Trick-or-treat at Newport Beach Public Library! Calling all little ghouls and goblins for a fun-filled Halloween extravaganza. We'll have not-so-scary stories, Halloween crafts, and yummy treats. Finish the evening with trick-or-treating around the library. Don't forget to wear your costume!

Children must be accompanied by an adult. No registration required.
