Program Eligibility for Learners
Our program is open to adults (18 years of age and older) who are:
-
Native English speakers with low literacy skills.
-
Individuals who have learned English as a second language.
Our Team and Volunteers
While Project Adult Literacy employs two part-time staff members, the majority of our support and instruction is provided by a dedicated base of community volunteers.

Support Literacy Services
Project Adult Literacy is sponsored in part by the State of California, the City of Newport Beach, and the Library Foundation of Newport Beach. However, the majority of our funding relies on the generosity of local businesses and individual supporters.
