The Business Model Canvas is a tool to identify all aspects of your start-up business. Lenders are starting to accept the Business Model Canvas rather than a full Business Plan. This approach will help you to identify all aspects of your start-up and ensure its success.
What you will learn
- How to use the Business Model Canvas to create your business
- Identify your Value Proposition for your competitive success
- Check your Value Proposition to customer’s needs
Mike Edwards is a SCORE Mentor and uses the Business Model Canvas to guide clients in refining their business idea. His background is in Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing.
