ACT Practice Test - CANCELED

Sharpen your test taking skills with a free, full-length practice ACT. In partnership with C2 Education of Newport Beach, the Newport Beach Public Library will host a free ACT practice test on Saturday, May 30 at 9:30am.

The test will be held in the Friends Room at Central Library and will last approximately four hours. Students should bring Number 2 pencils, a calculator, water, and snacks to the test. The calculators are needed for better success on the test and help with time management for the math sections. Results will be presented at a separate results program on Wednesday, June 3 at 7pm.

This is a free event but registration is required and space is limited. When you register online, you will receive a confirmation email from noreply@newportbeachca.gov. Please add that email address to your contacts or check your junk/spam mail if you do not receive a confirmation.

Should there be openings on the day of the test, we will be accepting walk-ins on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note that if you signed up on our website for the wait list and are not contacted about an open space prior to the test day, you will need to come into the library as a walk-in on the morning of the test. The library opens at 9am and we would recommend showing up soon after opening to increase your chances of getting a spot, if some become available.

Registration for the ACT Practice Test

Age level: Sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
