Do you love to read to kids? For this special volunteer work, we only choose the best and most reliable. . Minimum commitment is 1 year, and a minimum of 1 hour per month. Complete and submit the Volunteer Application and the STARS Recommendation Form before attending on Monday, June 18th. Please contact teenservices@newportbeachca.gov if you have any questions.
