Nimisha K. Parekh, MD
Director, UC Irvine Health Inflammatory Bowel Disease Program

 Dr. Nimisha K. Parekh is a board-certified UC Irvine Health internist and gastroenterologist.  She is director of the UC Irvine Health Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Program at UC Irvine Health. Her research interests include outcomes in Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, clinical trials for new drug therapies to treat IBD, women’s issues and the role of ethnicity in disease outcomes.

Sunhee Park, MD

Assistant Professor – Division of Gastroenterology, UC Irvine School of Medicine

Dr. Sunhee Park is a board-certified physician specializing in Gastroenterology.  She completed an advanced fellowship in Inflammatory Bowel Disease as well as one in Gastroenterology and Hepatology.  Dr. Park has conducted several well-known clinical research studies that have been published in the American Journal of Gastroenterology.
