Architectural Bottle Cap Art by Ron Yeo

ron-yeo 03

A native Californian, Ron Yeo and his wife have lived in Corona del Mar for the past 53 years. His CdM architectural practice has consisted primarily of cultural/recreational projects along with custom home designs.

Ron is well known for his Nature and Interpretive Centers such as the earth sheltered “Back Bay Muth Center”, the “Back Bay Science Center” as well as the “Newport Theater Arts Center”.

Recently Ron has developed a series of art projects out of recycled bottle caps, some of which are currently on display. The majority of plastic water bottle caps & all of the action figures were abandoned & picked up on morning beach walks.

Presented by the Newport Beach City Arts Commission. The exhibit runs April 3 - May 26.
