Dr. Pranav M. Patel is board certified in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. He specializes in invasive and noninvasive approaches to treat coronary heart disease, peripheral artery disease and heart valve disease.

Through his efforts as an interventional cardiologist, Dr. Patel made it possible for UC Irvine Health to be the first health system in Orange County to offer heart failure patients an implantable wireless system that allows cardiologists to remotely monitor pulmonary artery pressure and heart rate measurements.
